now I want to discuss internet issues rather save bandwidth.

In Windows there is a service QoS (Quality of Service) to ensure the network can run smoothly. But the fact this package can take 20% bandwidth. As a result a lot of wasted bandwidth.
to overcome them we must turn off this package this way:

1. Log on as Administrator when logon to Windows
2. Click "Start> Control Panel> Network Connections
3. Right-click the type of connection used, then click "Properties"
4. After exiting the new window, Uncheck the section "QoS Packet Scheduler"
5. Then click "OK" and close everything
   
   hopefully that way we can maximize the bandwidth that we have ... hehe
